Executive Chef

We are currently looking for a professional and organized individual to join our team in the role of an Executive Chef.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Quality food preparation
  • Buffet table set-up
  • Assigning food preparation
  • Controlling inventory
  • Quality food check for presentation; tastings and recipes
  • Preparing tasting meals for future weddings
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment at all times
  • Communicate with warehouse manager on delivery times of food
  • Product procurement

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 7 or more years of culinary experience preferred
  • 5 or more management experience preferred
  • Degree in culinary recommended 
  • Ability to life, carry, push and pull items up to 50 pounds
  • Reliable work transportation
  • Ability to work independently, as well as to accept and follow directions on given assignments
  • Great communication skills, verbal and written
  • Ability to think fast when needed
