We are currently looking for a professional and organized individual to join our team in the role of an Executive Chef.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Quality food preparation
- Buffet table set-up
- Assigning food preparation
- Controlling inventory
- Quality food check for presentation; tastings and recipes
- Preparing tasting meals for future weddings
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment at all times
- Communicate with warehouse manager on delivery times of food
- Product procurement
Qualifications and Skills:
- 7 or more years of culinary experience preferred
- 5 or more management experience preferred
- Degree in culinary recommendedÂ
- Ability to life, carry, push and pull items up to 50 pounds
- Reliable work transportation
- Ability to work independently, as well as to accept and follow directions on given assignments
- Great communication skills, verbal and written
- Ability to think fast when needed
